Does SmartLeadFlow provide a link for my Reviews?
Yes! SmartLeadFlow provides you with a review URL that will direct your customers to a review page and automatically sync up to your reviews dashboard. Google and Facebook reviews will also populate your dashboard with our simple integration setting.
Where do I find my Reviews?
You can access Reviews in the Reputation section. In the Reputation section, our custom Reputation AI will report the sentiment of your reviews in the time frame you set. This tool is a great tracker of your customer's experience in your business between Smart Lead Flow, Google and Facebook reviews.
Can I automate my responses AND send review requests manually?
It’s easy. You can send automated review requests by using a custom Workflow to increase your customer base. If need be, you are still able to send reviews manually to any customer.
