Pipelines are within the Opportunities tab of your SmartLeadFlow dashboard and are designed to apply a status to your customers and assign the customers to your teams. Upon a status change a customer will move further down the pipeline to meet your designated end goal which is usually a sale.
Pipelines can be customized based on your business goals. A typical pipeline would have 4 statuses - New Lead, Hot Lead, Account Created and Closed. Every SmartLeadFlow account comes with one standard pipeline to customize or use straight out of the box.
The power behind the Pipelines is through triggered events. For example, your sales rep can change the status of a customer after they have shown interest in your product or service to automatically send your customer a calendar link to book an appointment, a coupon or an invoice via SMS or email.
